If you are a new user why don't you use the latest version?
PDMS 12.0.SP6....it's much better......

Like first time operating PDMS.

User name. SYSTEM
Password  XXXXXX    (Capital X )

I think Bcoz it is not Licenced copy used.
In consol window it is not showing Issued company name.
