eror code when created handrail, tower ladder and ladder

I imagine you are using PDMS 12, Access Stairs and Lassers Application.....
You need to add specific catalogue and design databases into your MDB.
You can include them from PDMS supplied projects MAS & SAM

there problem when i create tower ladder have eror code "there are no ledder in the ASL selection",
create handrail eror code" invalid setting referance..contact your ASL adminitration",
and create ladder eror code " (2.766)

how to solve this..?

thanks for your information, Mr corado, yes i use PDMS 12 ..can u tell to me , the steps to include that databases to MDB, couse i am new here, before i use pdms 11.6 there is'n problem for creating stair

Basically you need three databases:

1. ADMIN/ASLCONFIG - Dbnumber 7596 - Dbfilename /%SAM000%/sam7596_0001 -  SAM Project
2. STRUC/ASLTMPL - Dbnumber 7011 - Dbfilename /%SAM000%/sam7011_0001 - SAM Project
3. MASTER/ASLCATA - Dbnumber 7010 - Dbfilename /%MAS000%/mas7010_0001 - MAS Project

Enter Admin module from your working project and use the "include" command or "copy foreign" after having selected "databases & extracts" from your "Admin Elements" form.

Anyway, I would strongly recommend you to attend a training course......

1. include and i choose mas and sam to include at foreingn database by user name system and pasword XXXXXX
2. than modify my mdbs and include 3 database in my mdbs..after this save work

I have the same problem,
I work with PDMS12 since the operating system on my laptop is windows7.
but none of the components in ASL modeller is loaded except platform,
can you tell me how can I come over this problem??? "In case of possibility"
