I've had a number of Iso's that failed giving this error (along with a 33,700 message - that isn't listed in the Isodraft Errors section of the manual BTW Aveva).
Examining the error file there were an excessively large number of SKEY errors.
One of our C&S guys has for unknown reasons changed a large number of WN Flange SKEYS to RP's and PDMS would appear not to like excessive number of this type of error on a given PIPE.
Fixed a number of the SKEYS and the Isometric started running again.
I've found it quite useful when getting an error where the cause is unclear to work on clearing the errors you can see. If nothing else it clears your mind and lets you think around the problem and at best you stumble across the fix.
