I've had a designer complain this morning that when he hovers over a piece of equipment in PDMS 12.0SP5 that no tooltips appear letting him see the description and name of the equipment. Instead he has to select the item and look at the members list or query the description.
It appears that the designer sitting next to him is getting these tooltips from exactly the same piece of equipment. Which rules out something not being defined in one of the modules.
So does anyone know how to turn tooltips on and off on an individual machine basis?
