We are using PDMS 12. I need to find carriage return key for manual input from command line to stext attribute of attas.
And also need for reporting multiline values into single line.
I could not reach to older posts. I have done some search but all older links seemed to be dead.
This is kind of urgent, thanks in advance.

if you can give a name of an item name (q DETREF on ATTA item) from MDS then I will try to investigate if this will be a AVEVA MDS catalogue.
I tried to search thru mine MDS but have not found anything with new lines. :(

We have tried $ and also '#/' both are not working.

    Stext 'PS001#/ori=D' is not working.
Stext 'PS001$ori=D' also is not working.

    Any other recommendations ?

    Hi again,

Actually you are right Ruav, spaces is the most critical part. In our trial I have put a space prior to dollar sign and it worked.
Stext 'PS001 $ORI=D' is working on isometrics.
But, however when we try to query stext it has still one line data in it. When we query stext, we got, 'PS001 $ORI=D' as answer.
Therefore  this solution is not the exact equivalent of using "enter" in modify screen.
