PDMS quits frequently with DABACON error 580 - Microsoft Azure Cloud

Hello All,

We're using Microsoft Azure to work in PDMS. PDMS is coming out twice or thrice with Dabacon error 580. What may be the problem?

Experienced users please guide.

Hi Alfred,

I do not have experience of working in PDMS + Microsoft Azure environment. However, following is the meaning of Dabacon 580 if you are not aware of:
580  'File refresh failed'
which could well mean that there's a trouble / lapse in user's network.

Thanks Shrivallabha. Are there any tests to check the lapse in the network between the GPU (in which PDMS is installed) and the cloud drives in which the PDMS projects are stored?

I do not have knowledge in this area. It will be better to involve IT personnel in your organization (preferably who knows Networks and its testing).
