For one of our users, when removing PCD from PDMS's 3D view, it still remains. This only appears to be for certain scans, and it only appears to be an issue for this one user (although I still need to verify all of this).
We've tried removing it via the "Remove All" button and also by right clicking on the element in Design Explorer and removing it there.
I've had a similar issue before, where the Point Cloud Data appears to remain. However, clicking the middle mouse button in the 3D view appears to clear it. In this case, however, it still remains after clicking this button.
It appears as though the remove buttons just aren't doing anything.
Having remove the XGEOM from the display they screen needs to be refreshed before the point cloud disappears. Using REM CE or ALL may not trigger the screen refresh, depending on the version you are using. Pressing the middle button will pan the view and therefore refresh the display.
Thank you. I will give this a try. Although it is only one users this appears to be affecting.

Thanks. Yes I've found this works for me in other instances. However in this case, it appears REM, CE etc aren't actually removing the scan. Clicking the middle mouse button doesn't work, the scan still appears within LFM
what happens when you click the "Finsh" ribbon tool, you will find it on the View ribbon in the Laser section under the bubble menu. That will clear it
