In model in pipe is a weld component and after that a piping component (t-piece, elb, flange) connected to weld. Spool limit is between welds. In isodraft only the weld at the end of pipe should have weld number. The weld in elbow is just shown with symbol without weld number.

You can type Q BANN on the Command Window...
You were talking about a tee, elbow and a flange...but in the picture I can only see a PSV
Could you please post an image from the model?
Have you run Data Consistency check before running the iso?
