Could you please perform a DICE?

We used to get these type of errors when we have .stp files in model and updating layouts in draft containing .stp files.

may be your virtual machine Display Card not work.

Bit of an issue with PDMS for a couple of our projects.

We recently moved them over to Virtual Desktops, which involved copying data to new servers and providing our users with new virtual desktop "machines".

We've come across an issue whereby once PDMS is closed via the Exit menu, an error (A Fatal error has been detected) pops up, and Design Explore shows a bit red cross. This has been happening in both Draft and Design.

Has anyone encountered this before?
