Low update rate of KeepWare BacNet OPC

In our project we use KeepWare BacNet OPC server. There are 1000 tags. It takes 2-3 minutes to Initialise all of this tag. Why? How we can increase this process.

In addition it takes the same 2-3 minutes to update any of this tags. And neither OPC-client can work with OPC-server in parallel with Citect. When citect is shutted down, OPC-client updates tags wery fast. So it seems that problem in citect.

How we can solve theese problems?

Citect 7.0 + servicepack2
version of OPC driver is 1.17.13.001
