Hello im looking for a citect slave protocol driver, say dnp3 or modbus that can give a master station access to data from a citect scada system.

You should look at the MBSLAVE protocol (http://www.citect.schneider-electric.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=128)
This protocol allows the IO server to act as a slave device on a modus network.
