V7 Cluster context for page

Description
v7 added a cluster context to properties of graphics pages. This allows one graphics page to be used with the same variable tags for multiple clusters by inheriting the cluster context from the previous page (such as a menu page). In single clustered systems, pages can be bound to a single cluster by setting the cluster context. This utility is designed to help users upgrading to v7 who have no plans to make use of multiple clusters. This utility will add the specified cluster to all non-system pages of the currently selected project in Citect Explorer. System pages, such as super genies (which start with the character !) will not have their cluster context set, but will have the inherit cluster setting in the pages properties set to true. All non-system pages will have the cluster context in the page properties set to the specified cluster and the inherit cluster setting set to false. Details of all changes can be found in the file Conversion.log in the \Bin directory. This utility requires the ODBC .NET Data Provider to be installed.
