Repair CitectSCADA RTF Report Formatting

Description
WordPad v5.1 (comes with XP) cannot open CitectSCADA (v6.0 and lower) RTF Reports that have been appended to.

WordPad v5.1 is more sensitive to the formatting of the RTF than MS Word, or even WordPad v5.0.

This program reformats existing RTF files, enabling them to be opened in WordPad v5.1.

Simply click browse, find the RTF report you wish to reformat, (default output file is the same as input destination with _FORMATTED appended to it) and Click 'Repair Formatting'
