Periodic Trends to Event Trends Convertor

Requirements
Convert selected period trends into event trends to be able to use timestamped trend types. Provides option to adjust sample times.

Description
The utility will convert selected periodic trend HST and data files into new event trend files. It also provides the mechanism to update the project trend DBF files as well with the new configuartion. The TrendConvert Utility is shown below. The attached ZIP kit includes the program and the document on its use. Please read this document before using.

The tool is compatible with v6.10, v7, v7.10, v7.20, v7.30 and v7.40 of CitectSCADA. 

Note: The executable files MUST be placed in the 'bin' install directory of CitectSCADA as the CitectSCADA trend DLLs are used to read / write trends. 

Note: V1.41 is the latest with a bug fix for -ve values and a feature addition of CSV file dumps

Note: Version 1.1 is needed on 64bit OS's. The v1.0 will not start on a 64 bit OS's. v1.1 should be fine for both 32 and 64 bit OS's.
