Description
Prior to the introduction of the .ctz format for archiving Citect projects, Citect used to use a format indicated by .001. Support for this format was discontinued with CitectSCADA v7.10, however a number of customers still need access to legacy .001 archives. In particular, many of the project files included in this toolbox are in .001 format.

This article includes the last version of CtBack32.exe that has .001 support (from CitectSCADA v7.0). To use, simply unzip the file to a new folder (not your Citect bin directory, or you will overwrite the version included with your current version). Then execute the application CtBack32.exe and proceed as you would normally.

Please note, restoring an old project is only supported for reference purposes - the restored project will probably not run in the current version, and possibly won't be supported by the migration tools.
