Cannot see AF Database when configuration Asset Server on the PI VISION

hi everyone.

I am having problem and configure asset server in the Admin Page (PI VISION).

I see. Connection to AF Server is normal. (as attached picture)

but all the AF database of AF Server I don't see appear.

Right now I don't know what the problem is.

Looking forward to everyone's help. (Related documents or etc.)

    If the AF server shows on the PI Vision admin site, then all of the databases on that server should be available for you to select them. They will not be crawled unless the database is selected and the configuration is saved. If the database is shown and selected, you can try rebuilding the indexes on the page that you show above. If the AF Server is shown, but the database is not shown on the PI Vision Admin site, I recommend that you contact tech support.
