Cannot see AF Database when configuration Asset Server on the PI VISION

hi everyone.

I am having problem and configure asset server in the Admin Page (PI VISION).

I see. Connection to AF Server is normal. (as attached picture)

but all the AF database of AF Server I don't see appear.

Right now I don't know what the problem is.

Looking forward to everyone's help. (Related documents or etc.)

I see two possibilities. If you haven't selected any Databases on the PI Vision admin site, you won't see them in PI Vision (your image only shows the server, so I can't tell which databases are selected…

Nghia Pham , did you get this figured out? I have the same issue. Admin tool can't see an AF Database that exists. I'm guessing permissions, but I'm not sure.

Hi Friends.
You can check account for run applications pools in IIS and check permission of that account.
