Cannot see AF Database when configuration Asset Server on the PI VISION

hi everyone.

I am having problem and configure asset server in the Admin Page (PI VISION).

I see. Connection to AF Server is normal. (as attached picture)

but all the AF database of AF Server I don't see appear.

Right now I don't know what the problem is.

Looking forward to everyone's help. (Related documents or etc.)

    I see two possibilities. If you haven't selected any Databases on the PI Vision admin site, you won't see them in PI Vision (your image only shows the server, so I can't tell which databases are selected).

     

    The other possibility if you are running an older version of PI Vision is that the databases haven't been indexed. Which version of PI Vision are you using? If it is older than PI Vision 2020, you can go to https://[server]/piwebapi/admin/search/database.html to see the indexing status. You'll need to be a PI Web API admin (probably the primary PI Vision Admin user is) to access this page.

    - On the PI Vision admin site does not show the AF Database (which I can choose to display on the Asset on the Pi Vision). Although my AF Server has an AF database.

    - I went to https://[server]/piwebapi/admin/search/database.html and I see problem here.
