Launch Cloud Environment error

Hi everyone,

I am currently enrolled in the Asset Framework - Basics course and I have started it without trouble, but when I reach the "Launch Cloud Environment" lesson, I get the following error message:

Any clue about why this can be happening?

In case anyone else experiences the same error, the answer given by tech support ( AVEVATraining@aveva.com ) has been: "Please log out of the learning website. Then log back in. This often resets everything…

In case anyone else experiences the same error, the answer given by tech support (AVEVATraining@aveva.com) has been:
"Please log out of the learning website. Then log back in. This often resets everything. Each evening at 7:00pm the cloud environments are switched off. However, you can restart the virtual environments by returning to this page and clicking "Start All" to resume working on your course."
