I have signed up for the PI System Administration: Basics course and cannot launch the cloud environment as the "Launch Cloud Environment" module doesn't load the environment selector. Instead, I get the following error:
"The webpage at https://environments.learning.osisoft.com/mysubscription?id=XX might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
The XX is an actual ID number which doesn't change when I reopen either the course or module.
