Igor Sepulveda here, from Pharmaplan AG dealing with AUTOMATION projects in Pharmaceutical Companies and qualification. As relevant to this industry, many of our customers have PI solutions already integrated in their processes or when upgrades are done the new developments must comply with all the structure in place with their latest technologies. Here is where PI becomes relevant for me, because although most of these task are decomissioned from our company we still need to understand the complexity of the work perfomed and coordinate it efficiently.
