I am doing the PI Vision Basics training and when I clicked "Launch Cloud Environment" link nothing happened. There is an error message saying "ssoadfsbe.osisoft.com refused to connect". What should I do? Thanks

To resolve, please try to logout and login to the site again. If the issue persists, please try the following:

1. Open a new browser session, go to https://pisquare.osisoft.com/
2. Log in at the top right with your SSO account
3. Navigate to https://learning.osisoft.com/
4. Attempt to access VMs

If you still have difficulties connecting to your machines after trying the above procedure, please email learning@osisoft.com

Hello HKan. I logged off from my account and then logged in again and that solved the problem. You should try it.
