PI system sizing(PI Server)

Hi All

I am working on a project with 20,000 Tags Server + Interfaces and Connectors pack and willing to do also 5 PI Vision & 5 DataLink users pack. How I can roughly estimate the Hardware needed.

Could you please clarify what's the difference between Archive size and online storage.
