Pipephase 9.8 simulation running, no stop

My company just purchased Pipephase 9.8 and used it for the first time. All users having issue running the simulation. We used the sample files and also the simple file that we created. When we executed Run Simulation, we got this screen and it stays there forever. The simulation does not stop until we clicked the STOP button. Please help.

  • Hi Suhaidi. Thank you for your post. This is not the best place to get technical help on issues. This forum is for general comments among users. I hope that you have seen the button STOP in the middle of the screen and pressed to stop a potential infinite loop. Please send the simulation to SimSci Support and they will be able to help you and even give you a quick overview on PIPEPHASE so that you do not have this problem. We have several support centers, depending on your location you will use one or another. Please go to https://softwaresupportsp.invensys.com/pages/ContactUsSimsci.aspx and select your closest location. This link is easily found when selecting the little mail icon at the top of the screen when you enter into the Global Support site that you enter to access this forum.
