Pipephase 9.8 UI is so slow it is barely usable. Tried on multiple machines and OS (win 10 and win 7).

I am running PP v9.8 on a Win7 and Win 10 machine without issue from the files in the APPLIB.
Can you further tell us the following:
0) Your full contact information name/email/phone/company
1) Do you see the same behaviour with the APPLIB files?
2) Please share the file, if not an APPLIB file, so we can investigate.
3) How much RAM do you have on your computer? (Mine is has 16 GB)
4) What is the exact operation system, I know you said Win7/Win10, but are these Professional or Enterprise
- Mine is a Win7 Enterprise Intel Core I7-3820 CPU 2.7GHz
5) are you accessing your license locally (FNP/USB) or is the license from the network.
