Remote Database Spy

If I want to run the remote database spy from the command prompt, is there a way I can pass it an IP?

ie. - c:\IS\bin\databasespyext 192.168.5.5

If I could shell it with an IP that would be great.

It it also possible to do this over the encrypted port (51234)?
The docs only seem to include parameters for specifying the IP and the port, but not the mode which defaults to TCP/IP.
