[QUOTE=de_ding;29762]Are you speaking for Aveva or speaking for yourself now? Can't do both at the same time.
I know what PDMS12 does, the company I work for is going through all the PDMS trainings so I have access to all material. Nothing to revolutionary(sorry did not mean to offend the hardworking Aveva software developers, and some of the features Aveva trying to incorporate existed in PASCE 10 years ago) to entice us to move to this version because we already know how to use PDMS to deliver projects.
Well it is up to Aveva to show us the dogs and ponies to get us on board to PDMS12.
How many PDMS users have upgrade to PDMS12 alreay, how many are using it on a real project now? And why? Of course SP3D has the same problem because users just do not trust software companies in their claims.
In my current company I can use PDMS and SP3D, and guess which one I will use? I will use the tool that I am comfortable with, the tool that provide me the flexibility to study new features on my own and not sitting through 10-20 days of trainings. Which company can afford this type of training budget at current economic climate?
There is a saying in Chinese “良药苦口利于病,忠言逆耳利于行”,I care therefore I share here.
Don't worry your little head with who I am speaking for. It will all be okay.

I wish someone from Aveva shut you up, you are doing more damage than you know of.
You have not displayed your comprehensive knowledge of PDMS. Well you listed 2 years of PDMS on your profile, so that is understandable. Recently you went ahead and promised someone about a new mouse driver that you know nothing about, acted like you have inside connections in Aveva.
Most time you do not know what you are talking about, and just try to act like a traffic cop - go take this training, upgrade to that version. For your info, this site is doing just fine without your assistance.
I wish you go ahead and do your thingy on facebook or twitter and see how many will follow you.
So sod off.
