Don't think Isogen is owned by Intergraph at least not the part AVEVA use as they have the rights to that... Coade who owned CeaserII are now owned by Intergraph but so far PSI still works with Ceasar II and PDMS..
PCF format I think is a neautral format that you can output from PDMS. this can be converted via a 3rd party and free peice of software into a format the Ceasar can read.. Saving the need for PSI.
However the workflow is diabolically convoluted and could be problematic. where as PSI is clean and quick as well as being relativly cheap. I once had a document on this which I may have got from this forum... ;)
