Must set the %PATH% environment variable for bin folder. I use some open source libraries, so I would not combine them... Set the environment for bin is easy...  :-)[QUOTE=me_hungry;80045]Aaah.I dind`t  set variable to folder with bins...
Is it possible to combine all assemblies in one .dll ?

Config the Run.bat according to your AVEVA Product root directory, then start the PDMS by Run.bat. And then the ModelDataExchange folder can be anywhere.

    Hi, Piligrim34:
I tested the Addin on my WinXP 32 PDMS 12.0, It works.
Make sure the bin folder of ModelDataExchange set to the %PATH% environment variable.

The configuration of my PC: WINXP x32, PDMS 12.0.SP6.40

    Hi, Sps:
Make sure the bin folder of ModelDataExchange set to environment variable.
If the .Net addin loaded successfully and the bin set to environment variable,
    the addin will work.
[QUOTE=Sps;80015]Received same exception error on 12.0.SP6.46
Tried both using the run.bat & standard pdms.bat after adding the path etc. Same exception error in both cases.

Hi, my workstation is Windows 7 64bit. I did add bin folder to the %path% variable too...
I will try on 32bit workstation to check whether it works.
    Thanks

    Hi !

It does not seem to work under AVEVA Plant 12.1 SP2

    I edited pdms.bat as below
    set pdms_installed_dir=C:\AVEVA\Plant\PDMS12.1.SP2\
    call %pdms_installed_dir%\pdms

When I run ModelDataExchange\pdms.bat, it shows the following message
Warning: Failed to load addin assembly C:\AVEVA\Plant\PDMS12.1.SP2\ModelDataExchangeAddin.dll

I checked the file above and it does exist.
