I created 3 VMs with WinServer2016 and AVEVA Intouch 2023.
I can't reach the page localhost:5000 for help files.
Is there a way to bypass this or fix?
For security reasons, there is no connection to the internet for these VMs.

Same here on Windows 10 Entreprise with Archestra 2023. Access internet or not ends with the same problem

I have found the solution. It was the Product Help Viewer Service (HelpDocumentationViewer.exe). It reports it was too long to start to. I have started it and the help system works.
downloaded fresh from few days ago. latest version.
