Does the error only occurs on your computer? Do other users not encounter the error?
Previous versions work, the problem seems to come from FIX 12.2.2.4

If yes can you please elaborate on what permission as they have permission for SQL
In SQL management studio, open Security folder, then open Login folder. There will be a list of windows usernames that can login to the SQL server.
we are using same username for everyone so that should not cause any issues.
As with same user name it is running in other system
Do you mean you are using the same Windows User account when you open your PC?
yes I tried that too using same Windows account login in new installed system.
Still facing that issue.

no there is no change in SQL server.
I mean can you access the folder location of the SQL server in Windows File Explorer in the PC with error?
