    [QUOTE=fadzlijais;116697]thanks for sharing. anyhow the macro didn't capture allowance provided for field Weld. How did you assign the Field Weld allowance on the piping components?

    Field Weld assign for weld with SKEY WF and loose flange allowance in option file set as 150mm as default. Allowance attribute for weld will be set as 300mm for FFW with SKEY WF since as default the…

    Due to higher length of data letter, some of last column data are not coming in standard report. There is any settings to get long report.

    rhel,

    The macro you have formulated for Weld Gap is very useful.

    Is there any minimum requirement formula to calculate minimum length of Spool ?

    If yes we can add it to this macro and have a specific Spool Check column for adequacy of design.

    I have already modify it based on our requirement.

    For Minimum Weld Gap, formula to calculate the Minimum Gap is shown below:
    SP = SQRT(D * t)
    where;
       SP = separation between two pressure containing welds
        D = pipe diameter
        t = wall thickness of the pipe
    Note: SP shall be a minimum of 50mm

    Following error shows on end of branch, I have checked the connections and Wall thickness for the Components, all are correct. It is on particular one line only where branch ends with ATTA and Pipe Tail is connected to TEE.
