I'm not sure if I'm understanding what you're saying...
When you say that you "have been creating the Review files though the Mac", I suppose you mean you're using a macro file, and not a Macintosh. ;-)
You also say that you're "creating the Navisworks file using this Review Reality". That makes no sense - so I suppose that you mean you're creating a binary Review RVM file by Exporting it from PDMS, and that you're then reading that RVM file into Navisworks' Roamer using the RVM Reader add-on.
Next, you say that you're "taking the Dump att for the Review Reality". That also makes no sense. So I suppose you're Exporting an Attribute Dump from inside of PDMS. This attributes file has nothing to do with AVEVA Review - but supposedly it can be read and used in Navisworks.
When I tested this, I also had several usability problems. This was using the initial Navisworks v5 release. I had problems with both columnar-type attribute files and the DATAL-type attribute dumps. Navisworks claims to support both. In my tests, using either attribute file type, every attribute search would take a terribly long time to find any attribute data, and sometimes it didn't find any at all - even when I knew it was in there.
It sounds like you're asking the right folks for help (Navisworks). If you are under maintenance (bond) with Navisworks, then you should be able to upload the problem RVM and Attribute Dump file to them so they can diagnose the problem. I highly recommend using their own support site for that.
