Use following command, VAR !SITE COLLECT ALL SITE if you do like; VAR !SITE COLLECT ALL SITE FOR WORLD this will collect SITEs only in the first design DB in the MDB.

Take a look at the syntax provided in Design Reference Manual Part 4 (4th Section). That should get you started.
