Since the synchronisation between .rvm and .att export is not based by reference number as in PDMS, but by sequence number (SCTN 5 of FRWM 7 of SUBST 4 of STRU /MySTRU) any error can bring the assignment of attributes to displayed model items out of order. A clean PDMS model is the best prerequisite for success.
Or export each SITE to a particular pair of files and combine mit multiple load these files to one Navisworks model.
Delete SCTNs with CUTLEN =0, all items with BADREFs for SPREfs and so forth. Lists can be helpful for that!
