Can you diagnose what the problem?

file with att must have same name like rvm and extension .txt , save to same folder, it will be loaded automatically

You will need to create the folder if it is not present "[COLOR=#333333]/C:\temp\pdmswork\nav_attrib[/COLOR]"for file to write.
DNF : Directory Not Found

as per PDMS12.1sp4, if you use the default Export Attribute file (Utilities>Export>Dump Attributes...) I think you can export multiple site in one attribute file.
