[COLOR=#333333]It takes a little bit of time. If you have an NWD file you will first need Navisworks Manage 2013. You can export the nwd to an fbx file. Then Autodesk has a (free) fbx converter that can export to dxf. Then you just open the dxf in AutoCad. I've heard that the graphics may need minimal clean up but that the model is very close to the NWD file itself.
