If you have Navisworks Simulate or Manage, you can export .FBX from NWD model. I'm not sure if you can import .FBX direct in E3D. But you can convert your .FBX to .STL for example and the import in E3D. This is a slow process. So it works better with isolated elements. For example you export an equipment from Navis, convert and then import in E3D.
