By default, anything you see in the 3D view is on level 6.
You can set this with Setting-->Graphic-->Representation
    Level attribute is a "range"
    Level 0 10 means that a primitive is visible at Level 0, 1, 2, 3,....up to 10
    Hope this helps

Thankx corrado ( very active member ) , still not clear why are we giving two values for level , in settings its  mentioned ( level 6 only not level 0 6 , level 6 6 ) , why two values are needed?? Or any chart is there / prepared by aveva or any helping material to read

If you like you could set that to LEVEL 6 6
In the past (70's, 80's & 90's) it was common (and necessary) to have two or more "levels" of 3D modelling detail.
Less details/better performances (i.e. LEVEL 4) running PDMS on cheap and day-by-day hardware.
More details (i.e. LEVEL 6) running PDMS on mainframes or high spec hw for design reviews with clients etc etc.
    Today this is probably meaningless.
But LEVEL attribute is still there.
    And it's a range.
    Hope this make sense
