[QUOTE=joge;119927]I can not understand your demand on old procedurs from PDMS.
I know, its hard for a longterm PDMS-User, like me too, to assume the new technics in E3D.
But if you take a few hours with hard investigations and training especially in "NEW ME" and all of the possibilities in EQUI and STEELWORKS,
like rightclick, local coordinates a. so,
you will see, its just a different way to do the same and furthermore somtimes even better.
Dont cry..... TRY!
I choose not to be offended by your assumptions of me ;) I am not that "old guy" that do not want to learn new stuff :)
I have been using E3D for several years now all the way from studies to projects constructing and installing steel, and I always embrace changes, eager to learn, adapt and find the most effective way. I also attended upgrade, design and draw course with AVEVA several years ago before changing from PDMS.
In my former company we used Tekla Structures but we had to deliver model to customer in PDMS, so I held a course for hardcore Teklausers to learn some basics in PDMS (and believe me, they hated PDMS and always compared to "this is better/simpler/easier/more logic in Tekla). But the one thing they applauded was ... the model editor. They all had to admit it was the better way of moving, rotating and so on.
Nowadays we all miss the model editor, and I will do as corrado suggested.
