Adding Columns into Collections with PML

How would I add a spref column, as an example, to the collections dialogue box  ?

No. I'm referring to the std collection form that Aveva supply. I get fed up with manually adding / deleting columns. That is why I'd like to be able to add them through PML

Better to create your own macro that you can just run anytime. Or we have this standard reporting available in PDMS where you can be able to modify or create a new template. You may export your created template and then run it by dragging the exported file into command window to collect the details.
