Failed To open MDB/XXX

    I have a project source which is copied from Client, they ask to do a modification job and require update to 3D model.
    I can access to Admin module with user SYSTEM/XXXXXX and able to change anything, but when trying access to Design module is still get Error : "FAILED TO OPEN MDB / xxx - SWITCH TO MONITOR".
    Only one way to open Design is check in "READ ONLY" check box, then unable to edit anything in Design module.
    I have tried any way but it's still not fixed.
    Anyone know what happen & how to fix it ?

    Please, check your MDB, maybe they have some DB's with Acess Mode, maybe "update", they can private you to open same MDB in multiple instances.
