We'd problem in bolt length. In isodraft, it gave us the same length for different size of flange i.e. 250mm.
fyi, when we generate the isometric using AVEVA option file, it look good but not for our in house option file. This happens only on one piping spec. not the rest.

You could make a copy of the isodraft option file and then
by removing and adding line by line check the isometric where it goes wrong.
Now I guess that somehow the below in bold gets overwritten by your in house option file:
Bolting length description ON Bolting length itemcode APPEND[/U]
Bolting Units METIMP
BoltFile OFF
