Create a different SBOL for your 6" flange and adjust the xtra length to achieve what you require.
Add the second SBOL to the bolt spec using a different BSEL setting eg BSEL for 4" set to DEF, BSEL for 6 set to XXX
In design you will need to set BSEL of each component in the 6" joints to XXX (no need to set gaskets)
This should get the correct SBOL for the different sizes
