First Possible answer is to reset the SBOL extra item names on the Bolt Table Utilities form from NUT & WASHER to UNSET but leave the item length. According to the manual it is not necessary to name the items if you do not want the items listed on the BOM
If that does not work
Second possibility is to remove the extra items completely (length and name) and add the combined length to the Extra Length column
The second option should not be necessary but may work as a quick fix until a better answer is found
