I don't understand yet. Do i have to do two specification?  One for bolts and other for piping component and i have to put in this  the name of the bolts specification in the attribute bspec.

At the basic level the answer is Yes. One Component Spec and one Bolt Spec.
However, you do not need to create a Bolt spec for each Component spec.
Any number of Component Specs can have the same Bspec reference.
So you may end up with say 20 Component Specs and only 3 or 4 Bolt Specs.

When you run your isos you should get a Message Form.
Could you please post it so we can read which kind of warning message it gives?
