You have to use this setting in Isodraft option file :

Bolting length description ON INSERT at 'BOLTLEN'

and e.g. rtex in paragon is:

Rtext '1/2" x BOLTLEN BOLT STUD WITH 2 HEAVEY NUTS,WITH 2 WASHER,ASTM A193GR.B8M/ASTM A194GR.8M'
