I'm a bit old school on things like this. Typically I'd use the routines to create backing sheets for Draft from AutoCAD and the plot command to generate .plt files for IsoDraft.
I've not yet found an Aveva package that gets anywhere near AutoCAD in terms of producing and editing backing sheets/borders.
I guess it would be beneficial if some of the guru's on here tried the routine on AutoCAD 2014 and confirmed MelC's findings.
