I got a very strange issue, Global communication was done. I tried to renew the transaction DB. But every time I expunged all users, the admin module frezen. So I have to power off and power on.( Restart, or task manager can not kill that Admin session ). After 2 times power off and power on (it's painful) , I can access Admin module again. No only expunge, some other action in admin module would cause frozen too. Then I found I have a garbage user - my name added there. If I shutdown 3 times, then 3 of my name there, which cannot expunged. Because this, I can not renew transaction DB. it said, there were users still in system. How can I release the lock of transaction DB? How can I expunge these ghost users? How to fix this to make Admin module works again. Please help. Thanks in advance.
We use PDMS12Sp6.36 on windows xp workstation.
