Global Cannot Communicate

  • You need to modify (but make file backup) host file to direct domain traffic to specific external IP:
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

    File Sample content:
    [COLOR=#008000]#Local IP External IP[/COLOR]
    127.0.0.1 157.240.18.35

    Also make sure that you can ping your external location with CMD.

    There are some configuring Global documentation, that you can ask from local support.
